About nine minutes from the end, the real killer grabs Ashley Judd, firmly clamps his hand over her mouth, and drags her into the house. He then ties her arms behind her back and hogties her. The hogtie is not tight (her knees not bent much), more incidental as the same length of (telephone?) cord used to tie her wrists behind is also used for her ankles. She is able to roll off the couch where she was tied and across the floor towards a gun that was dropped during the final fight. She manages to work her hands free just in time to get the gun and save herself. The scene is dark and the cuts are quick. She's wearing a bathrobe and white socks.
