The mysterious time-traveling "Observer" materializes during a jewel
robbery. After knocking out the three crooks, he finds Olivia sitting
on the floor against a wall, tied hand and foot, gagged with a piece of
duct tape. She is wheezing thru the gag from an asthma attack, so he
removes the gag and holds her inhaler to give her some relief. He
doesn't bother to finish untying her as he leaves the store. Action
occurs about 10 minutes into the episode, including commercials.
